Digna Ruth Daliva

Digna is a graduate of BS in Busines Administration Major in Management and BS in Commerce Major in Accounting in the University of Nueva Caceres. She is also a post graduate of Master in Disaster Management in Central Bicol State University for Agriculture and Masters in Environmental Science in the University of Nueva Caceres. She also took a special course of International Course for Non-Government Organization and Social Change in International Institute for Rural Reconstruction last 2016. Daliva’s work experience includes being a Program Head in iRelief Foundation, Inc., Program Director: Junior Rangers Program – Experiential Environmental Education for Children

Program Director: Mangrove Rehabilitation in Center for Ecosystems & Protected Area Management, Inc. (CEPAM), Gardening Teacher in The Village Montessori School,Naga City, Philippines and Naga Montessori School Naga City, Philippines. She was once a Marketing and HR Manager in SP Deloraya Job Contracting and Consultancy Services, Inc., Operations Officer in Bicol Paglaom Alliance Foundation, Inc., Co-Producer and Marketing Director in Ika Asin An Ley Live TV Show, Marketing and Franchising Coordinator in BIGG’s, Inc., Associate in a Campaigns Advertising Agency and an Executive Assistant of Cam. Sur Tourism Council. She was also was once a Sales Services Assistant in Karahayan Enterprises, Franchise Coordinator in BIGG’s, Inc., and a College Teacher in WorldTech Resources Inc. At present, Daliva is the Chairperson of ESSA Council and the Value Chain & Extension Coordinator of Center for the Bayanihan Economics (CBE), Angat Bulacan.

Ariel Lastica

Ariel is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Public Health at UP Visayas and taken his Masters Degree of Science in Entomology at UPLB. His experience in permaculture influenced his love for agriculture. His trainings conducted by the DA and other organizations have let him travel to different parts of the country.

Venancio Tornilo Garde Jr.

Venancio graduated from Nueva Ecija University of Science & Technology Gabaldon Campus, Gabaldon Nueva Ecija where he was able to obtain his Diploma in Agricultural Technology.

His work Experience includes being a volunteer Catechist in San Pablo Apostle Parish in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, SK Chairman in their Barangay and Community Organizer in GBP (Gabay sa Bagong Pag-asa. He was also once a Farmer Leader Oganizer of SAFRUDI, Technical Staff of MASIPAG, National Coordinator of PABINHI PILIPINAS, Organic livestock Consultant of Guingona farm tarlac tarlac, SRI-Season Long Trainor of AGREA-Foundation and National Trainor of the Organic Field Support program of the Department of Agriculture

 At Present, Garde is the Sustainable Agriculture Cansultant, Senior Technical Associate, Project Coordinator and Trainer of PRRM/SRI-Pilipinas. He is also currently a Swine Raising Consultant in Quirino Provincial Agriculture Office, SRI-Trainor and Consultant in ORAS-NA/people’s organization LGU-Aringay La-union.

Christopher Enate

Christopher is a graduate of Industrial Electronics Technology, and the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Jose Robinson Enate. He was a former Brgy. Official for 5 years and was an organic awardee in Dao, Capiz then. Currently, Christopher is a member of the BOD of DAO SYSTEM OF RICE INTENSIFICATION FARMER ASSOCIATION as well as the President of SYSRICE ALLIANCE in region XI. At the same time, he is also the auditor of DAO’s municipal agriculture and fishery’s council, BOD of Nasunogan Farmers Association Dao Capiz, chairman of committee in organic farming in Dao as well a Rice breeder and practitioner of Indigenous Knowledge System.
